Grand Canon (circa 1895-1900)
It is likely the "Grand Canon" connected with Canon City, Colorado (now called the Royal Gorge), through which the D&RGW has a rail line, shown just as in the picture.

Special thanks to Lon J. Gregg for help in locating this picture.

Royal Gorge is about 10 miles west of Canon City which is about 40 miles west of Pueblo on Route 50. The gorge was made by the Arkansas River. The world's highest suspension bridge is across the gorge. There is an open air railway journey to the gorge and Parkdale from Canon City.
