Death Record Comments
  • Poor Fred. He was still only 20 when he fell off a building while learning a trade with his father.
  • The age should be 20 years, 5 months and 21 days, not 9 days.
  • Because of the timing of this death certificate in the 1920s, one which asked the town and country of the birth of the mother and father, John himself was able to accurately answer that question. He answered Danzig for both. At the moment, it is the only record that indicates the town name for John and Anna's birth.
  • The record also indicates Anna's maiden name as Gainowski, a spelling consistent with the earliest spelling of this name.

Obituary Comments
  • Fred Pajewskis obituary has not been obtained. It could be useful in naming various relatives such as his aunts and uncles.

Tombstone

FRED P. PAJEWSKI
BORN MAR. 20, 1904
DIED SEPT. 10, 1924

Tombstone Comments
  • The above is a transcription of the PAGE Tombstone at St. Mary Cemetery.
  • Fred P. Pajewski appears to be Frederick Page Pajewski as listed in his death records and not Frederick Joseph Pajewski as listed in his Baptismal Record. Perhaps this was part of the transition from Pajewski to Page for the family.
